Mercer and Pop built this massive block tower at Grandpa's house the week before Christmas. It contains anywhere between 10 - 10,000 blocks and features lookout perches for Army men, a flag, and amazing feats of balance and strength. Maximum height and stability was achieved by building the tower on an IKEA table and stool. It was built in Pop's old bedroom, which is now Sophie and Cooper's room. You can see Cooper in the background of some of the shots not caring about any of it.
Here's what eventually happened to the Christmas Tower a few days later. It withstood some close calls, but was no match for Mercer's bat. You'll also notice the short attention span of a 3 year old at the end of the video when Mercer discovers a new toy to play with.
