The Mercer Process Video Series: Episode 2
I promise to get some higher quality video up here in a bit. Until then, enjoy Mercer destroying Daddy's old Playmobil people on Daddy's old kitchen playset. If you watch it enough, it's kind of sad at the end.

Halloween 2009, Part 3: A motley gang of pirates, doggies, and Frankensteins
Halloween was a rainy affair for those of us in the northeast. We made the most of it with Sydney and friends, though. Sydney was a cute doggy and Joseph was a fantastic Frankenstein. We only saw a couple of other groups braving the rain, which sprinkled on and off throughout the evening. The wet conditions did nothing to slow down Mercer, Sydney, and Joseph, however. Much loot was plundered.

Halloween 2009, Part 2: Pirate Rising
Through some bizarre local circumstances best left undisclosed, Mercer was able to Trick or Treat in New Jersey on Friday with Hanna, Aunt Becky, Grandpa, MeMa, and PaPa. Mercer got his robot costume dirty at the day care party, so he pulled a 360 and decided he wanted to be a pirate after all. Despite being a scallywag, Mercer followed cousin Hanna's lead on how to do Trick or Treating right. Mercer caught on very quickly, as he did last year. He loved running up and down the sidewalks with Hanna knocking on doors for loot. I was hoping his costume would fetch a hearty stash of grog, but Mercer seems happy with his Tootsie Pops.
Mercer even invented a new way to hold your bag of loot to keep both hands free!
